U.S. Bank is seeking a senior workout professional to restructure large, complex corporate loans and lead repayment strategies. You will independently assess loans, determine the best recovery approach, and negotiate agreements with borrowers and lenders.

The role involves coordinating with agent lenders, presenting plans to Senior Management, and mentoring junior staff while staying informed on insolvency and creditor remedies.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; master's preferred.
• Ten to fifteen years of workout experience with middle market and large corporate loans.
• Experience with syndicated credits and agent/brokered loan structures.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Restructure large and complex corporate loans.
• Analyze loans and determine strategies (restructurings, forbearances, bankruptcies) to secure repayment.
• Negotiate repayment agreements with borrowers and monitor adherence to terms.
• Coordinate workout strategies with participant lenders, borrowers, and stakeholders; may serve as Agent.
• Mentor junior workout professionals and present to Senior Management.
• Stay current on insolvency, bankruptcy, creditor remedies and related laws.
