U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced professional to restructure large and complex corporate and commercial problem loans.

You will independently analyze loans, determine restructuring or recovery strategies, and negotiate repayment terms with borrowers, while coordinating with syndicate lenders and stakeholders. You will evaluate collateral, market conditions, and borrower risks, presenting conclusions to Senior Management and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Ten to fifteen years of workout experience with middle market and large corporate loans.

Responsabilités

• Restructures large and complex corporate problem loans and determines effective strategies.
• Negotiates repayment agreements with borrowers and monitors adherence to terms.
• Manages bilateral and syndicated credits; coordinates workout strategies with lenders and stakeholders.
• Mentors junior workout professionals and provides strategic guidance on deteriorating loan situations.
