Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced professional to manage restructuring of large and complex corporate loans. You will independently analyze loans, determine optimal workout strategies, and negotiate repayment terms with borrowers to secure recoveries.

You will lead negotiations with lenders and stakeholders, evaluate collateral and market conditions, and mentor junior workout staff while staying current on insolvency and creditor remedies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master degree preferred.
• Ten to fifteen years of workout experience with middle market and large corporate loans.

Responsibilities

• Restructure large and complex corporate loans; analyze loans and determine strategies.
• Negotiate repayment agreements with borrowers and monitor terms.
• Present credits and action plans to Senior Management.
• Mentor junior workout professionals.
• Stay updated on insolvency, bankruptcy, loan enforcement, and creditor remedies.
