Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Workout professional to restructure large and complex corporate loans, including forbearances and bankruptcies. You will independently analyze loans, determine strategies, and negotiate repayment agreements with borrowers and lenders.

The role involves supervising syndicated facilities and presenting plans to senior management. Requires a Bachelor’s in Business or related field and 10–15 years of workout experience; CRE and syndicated credits are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Ten to fifteen years of workout experience with middle market and large corporate loans.

Responsibilities

• Restructure large and complex corporate loans and determine effective strategy.
• Negotiate repayment agreements with borrowers and monitor adherence to terms.
• Manage bilateral and syndicated credits and lead workout negotiations.
• Present complex credits and action plans to Senior Management.
• Mentor junior workout professionals and ensure compliance with insolvency laws.
