U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior Commercial Real Estate Workout Director to lead resolution strategies for large, complex CRE loans, including restructurings, forbearances, note sales, bankruptcies and asset dispositions.

You will negotiate with borrowers and manage both bilateral and syndicated credits, coordinating with lenders and stakeholders. The role includes mentoring junior professionals, guiding internal partners on deteriorating loan situations, and ensuring compliance with applicable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master preferred.
• Ten to fifteen years of experience in commercial lending and loan services.

Responsabilités

• Leads development and execution of resolution strategies for large, complex CRE problem loans (restructurings, forbearances, note sales, bankruptcies, foreclosures, asset dispositions).
• Negotiate with borrowers and representatives to secure repayment agreements and monitor compliance.
• Manage bilateral and syndicated credits; coordinate workout strategies with lenders, borrowers and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior workout professionals and provide guidance on early identification of deteriorating loan situations.
