U.S. Bank is seeking a seasoned Workout Specialist to restructure large and complex corporate and commercial loans, analyzing loans and selecting strategies to maximize recoveries.

The role involves negotiating repayment terms with borrowers and coordinating workout approaches with lenders and stakeholders. You will present recommendations to senior management, mentor junior staff, and stay current on insolvency and creditor remedies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; Master Degree a plus.
• Ten to fifteen years of workout experience with middle market and large corporate loans.
• Corporate and Commercial loan experience; CRE expertise is a plus.
• Prior experience with syndicated credits.
• Experience serving as the Agent of syndicated credits a plus.
• Experience across a broad spectrum of industries.
• Expert knowledge of specialized lending collections including managing litigation.
• Advanced knowledge of commercial lending, loan services and credit policy/procedure.
• Advanced knowledge of loan collections and workout, loan processing/documentation and credit analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiating, and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Restructuring large and complex corporate loans; determine strategy to secure repayment.
• Negotiate repayment agreements with borrowers and monitor adherence.
• Manage bilateral and syndicated credits; lead lender group negotiations.
• Present action plans to Senior Management concisely.
• Mentor junior workout professionals.
• Maintain knowledge of insolvency, bankruptcy, and creditor remedies.
