Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher required in a related field.
• Experience leading internal investigations in corporate, government, or similar settings.
• Ability to manage complex investigations from intake to resolution independently.
• Strong interviewing, evidence-gathering, analytical, and fact-finding skills.
• Exceptional written communication, including detailed investigative reports and recommendations.
• Proven ability to handle multiple cases with deadlines and quality standards.
• Discretion and professionalism handling confidential information.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration with HR, Legal, and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end internal investigations involving employee misconduct, ethics concerns, and business integrity matters.
• Manage multiple investigations concurrently based on risk, complexity and impact.
• Conduct interviews with employees, witnesses, and stakeholders in a neutral, professional manner.
• Evaluate evidence and findings to identify trends, risks, and root causes.
• Prepare comprehensive Reports of Investigation with clear analysis and conclusions.
• Present findings and recommendations to HR, Legal, and senior leaders.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment on sensitive matters.
• Support Ethics & Compliance initiatives and special projects as needed.
