Lumen, a leading network provider, seeks an experienced Corporate Investigator to lead internal investigations into employee misconduct, ethics concerns, and business integrity matters. You will manage multiple cases, interview stakeholders, evaluate evidence, and present findings to senior leaders, while upholding discretion and objectivity.

The role collaborates with Human Resources, Legal, and business stakeholders in a remote-friendly, high-accountability environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree+ experience leading investigations in corporate or government settings.
• Independent management of complex investigations from intake to resolution.
• Strong interviewing, evidence gathering, analytics, and fact-finding skills.
• Exceptional written reports and recommendations.
• Ability to handle multiple cases with deadlines and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end internal investigations involving employee misconduct and ethics concerns.
• Manage multiple investigations concurrently based on risk and impact.
• Conduct interviews with employees, witnesses, and stakeholders.
• Evaluate evidence and findings to identify trends and root causes.
• Prepare Reports of Investigation with clear analysis and conclusions.
• Present findings to HR, Legal, and senior leaders with credibility.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive matters.
