Job summary

Marsh Porto is seeking a Senior Corporate Client Relationship Manager to join our Corporate Client Relationship Management team. Based in Porto, this hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office and close collaboration with internal specialists to support a portfolio of corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in Economics, Management, Law or a similar field.
• At least 5 years of experience working with non-life insurance for corporate clients.
• Solid knowledge of Property & Liability insurance policies.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of complex corporate clients with autonomy and accountability.
• Drive new business opportunities within this segment and support portfolio growth.
• Deliver tailored solutions to clients, coordinating input from other areas of expertise when needed.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery, including renewal and servicing processes.
