Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting and disclosure, including 10-K/10-Q, 8-K, and proxy statements.
• Advise on governance best practices and board governance matters.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, IR, Tax, HR) on disclosures and compliance.
• Support subsidiary governance and strategic corporate initiatives.
• Oversee and coordinate review processes for SEC filings and risk disclosures.
