Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active bar license.
• 12+ years of corporate legal experience with public companies or large firms.
• Strong SEC reporting, governance, and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead SEC reporting and disclosure for a global public company.
• Advise on corporate governance, Board materials, and governance policies.
• Support subsidiary governance, financing, and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, IR, Tax, HR, and executive leadership on governance issues.
