Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking a Senior Event Producer to lead programs for an Experience Studio team dedicated to a single enterprise client. You will own planning, budgeting, and production, serving as the daily contact for program stakeholders and ensuring top production value and adherence to brand standards.

The role requires eight+ years in corporate events, strong Cvent experience, and a track record of managing multi-day executive programs with large audiences and budgets.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years producing corporate meetings and events, with at least three years as lead producer.
• Experience on a dedicated account team under a client statement of work.
• Portfolio includes multi-day executive programs, audiences of 500+, and program budgets above $1 million.
• Production fluency: brief and direct staging, AV, and content partners; read a production schedule and manage budget.
• Budget ownership with accurate forecasts, clean reconciliations, and client-accepted change control.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned programs as the producer of record from brief to close.
• Coordinate with client teams and internal partners to ensure programs meet standards.
• Direct planning cadences, status reports, and decision logs for stakeholders.
• Own program budgets from initial estimates through reconciliation.
• Direct onsite delivery, staffing, and run-of-show with adherence to brand standards.
• Collaborate with Studio Operations Manager on staffing, scope, and risk across programs.
