Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to expand Workplace Solutions across the United States.

You will target large pre-IPO companies, build executive relationships with finance and HR, and coordinate with banking partners to create strategic entry points and deal progressions. The role requires a proven sales record, strong financial acumen, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to closing.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of sales experience in equity compensation, 401k, or similar.
• Strong network with Venture Capital and Private Equity firms.
• Track record of closing business with pre-IPO companies.
• Excellent numeric, financial analysis and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent JP Morgan Chase by conducting business in a first-class manner to all prospects and customers.
• Develop and close a pipeline of large pre-IPO companies on the Workplace solution.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with decision-makers in finance and HR.
• Collaborate with internal banking partners to identify key prospects early in the IPO pipeline.
• Leverage banking relationships to establish senior-level entry points into prospects.
• Generate close plans and rally internal partners to collaborate through sales.
• Present sales efforts to senior JP Morgan executives to assist in closing.
• Lead prospect negotiations and align with legal and compliance teams.
• Work with product to represent prospect needs and with marketing on ABM plans.
• Use network to champion JP Morgan and analyze sales data for improvements.
