Restaurant Associates in Miami, FL is seeking a Sr. Operations Manager for our corporate dining account. You will oversee day-to-day operations, lead a team, and drive onboarding, training, and HR matters while ensuring outstanding dining experiences for Citadel employees.

The role requires leadership in high-end hospitality, budget oversight, and collaboration with culinary and marketing teams to deliver exceptional service and culinary excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Culinary is preferred.
• Three to five years of experience in foodservice operations, preferably with high-volume production and catering.
• Proven track record of managing budgets and financial performance.
• Desire to learn and grow with a reputable foodservice company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent relationships with Citadel, employees, and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Chef and management to build innovative menus meeting Citadel standards.
• Own the account's P&L and budgeting, ensuring financial success.
• Work with marketing and culinary teams to roll out new programs enhancing dining experiences.
• Continuously seek opportunities for operational improvements and best practices.
