Restaurant Associates in West Palm Beach is seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager to lead the culinary and food service operation for a premier corporate dining client account. This hands-on role requires inspiring and developing a high-performing team, driving culinary excellence and innovation, and managing operations and finances to exceed client expectations.

You will oversee inventory, menu development, cost controls, and local sourcing, with a focus on sustainability and quality

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of HACCP.
• At least 5 years of culinary management experience in high-volume contract food service, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory/purchasing knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, quality, sanitation, and presentation.
• Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a culinary team with coaching and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Full culinary management of food service operation including inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Sets clear expectations, develops the team, and holds people accountable.
• Delivers consistent food quality, presentation, and menu creativity.
• Manages food cost, labor, waste, and purchasing to meet client expectations.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with local sourcing focus.
