ABB is seeking a senior in-house attorney to provide strategic legal guidance across global projects, focusing on EPC contracts, cross-border regulatory matters, and data privacy. You will partner with commercial, sales, finance, HR, EHS, and supply chain teams to mitigate risk and ensure compliance in diverse jurisdictions.

Qualifications

JD from an accredited U.S. law school with active bar admission.
Experience with international commercial and regulatory matters.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic legal advice and manage legal risks across projects.
Advise internal stakeholders (commercial, sales, finance, HR, EHS, supply chain) to ensure compliance.
Oversee EPC/project contracts from tender through resolution and closure.
Support investigations, policy adherence, and participation in global Legal & Integrity teams.
