Qualifications

• 10+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) with international legal, commercial, and regulatory exposure.
• Expertise in contract law and negotiation including EPC/project contracts, distribution, government contracting, IP, and digital law.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for project activities, including EPC contracts from tender to closure.
• Advise internal stakeholders across commercial, sales, finance, HR, EHS, and supply chain on compliance and risk.
• Manage legal risk across areas like competition law, data privacy (GDPR), product liability, investigations, and litigation support with global teams.
