Job summary

ABB is seeking an experienced legal professional to provide strategic advice and uphold high integrity standards across the organization. You will ensure compliance with laws and regulations, manage legal risk, and collaborate with global teams on diverse matters.

The role requires handling EPC and other complex contracts, data privacy, competition law, and digital law across cross-country settings, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and working remotely from the US.

Qualifications

Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. law school with active bar admission.
Significant experience with international legal, commercial, and regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end legal support for project activities, including EPC contracts from tender through negotiation, execution, dispute resolution, and closure.
Advise with internal stakeholders (commercial, sales, finance, HR, EHS, supply chain) to ensure compliance and protect company interests.
Manage legal risk across areas including competition law, data privacy, product liability, employment, investigations, and litigation support in partnership with global teams.
Contribute to integrity initiatives and broader legal projects within regional and global teams.
