Essex Solutions Inc. seeks an experienced Corporate Counsel to provide practical, business-focused legal support across the organization. The role reports to the General Counsel and collaborates with business leaders on corporate and commercial matters to manage risk and enable global objectives.

The ideal candidate has 5–6 years of combined law firm and in-house experience (2+ in-house), JD from a top law school, GA bar eligibility, and notable M&A exposure. Some travel is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Law degree and bar admission required.
• Experience in corporate and manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Strong negotiation and drafting abilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting board and governance matters.

Aufgaben

• Provide day-to-day corporate law support for the Company and subsidiaries, including financing, M&A, and contracts.
• Support General Counsel and Governance team in board materials, minutes, and shareholder meetings.
• Oversee legal support for real estate transactions and facilities developments.
• Lead in-house counsel for a subsidiary in commercial construction and wire distribution.
• Assist in administering compliance programs including anti-bribery and antitrust controls.
• Research, draft, negotiate with outside parties, and advise clients on legal matters.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and coordinate with business teams.
