Job summary

Essex Solutions is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join its in-house Legal Department. The role reports to the General Counsel and partners with business leaders on corporate and commercial matters to mitigate risk and advance global objectives.

Ideal candidates have 5–6 years of mix-law firm and in-house experience, JD from a top law school, and Georgia bar admission; manufacturing background is a plus. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of combined law firm and in-house experience.
• M&A experience at a large law firm is preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in Georgia or another U.S. jurisdiction with reciprocity.
• Experience with manufacturing sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day corporate law support for the Company and subsidiaries.
• Assist with board materials, meetings, minutes, and resolutions.
• Oversee real estate transactions including leases, sales, and acquisitions.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel and supervise compliance programs.
