Job summary

Orion S.A. is seeking an in-house counsel to join its international legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will advise across the organization on corporate, regulatory, and commercial matters in a global context.

The role requires JD and bar admission in the US, with 3–8 years of relevant experience, and a strong background in corporate finance, international commercial law, and compliance. Collaboration with global teams and outside counsel is essential.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed US attorney.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in law firms and/or in-house, covering US contract law and US/intl commercial law and/or US capital markets.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, corporate finance and international commercial law; compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide general legal advice to management and operating units (US and international).
• Support commercial and corporate, litigation and claims management, compliance and training, IP, and environmental/product regulation matters.
• Oversee NYSE/SEC reporting and assist in expanding the compliance framework.
