Job summary

Nuna is seeking an experienced legal leader to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, supporting strategic initiatives, compliance, risk management, and corporate governance. You will manage contract negotiations and policy development while partnering with stakeholders across functions.

You will also assist with litigation, investigations, and outside counsel coordination, helping drive practical solutions within a fast-paced, global environment. Strong business judgment is essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. required with active bar admission in at least one U.S. state.
• 6–10 years of legal experience in law firms, corporate legal departments, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support compliance, risk management, and governance programs across the company.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Provide day-to-day legal counsel on business, operational, and strategic matters.
• Manage outside counsel, litigation, and dispute resolution activities.
