Nuna, a global premium baby gear brand, seeks a Corporate Counsel for Litigation & Legal Affairs to lead IP disputes, patent litigation, and strategic legal matters across global operations. You will partner with product, engineering, compliance, and commercial teams to safeguard IP assets and align legal risk with business objectives.

The role involves managing outside counsel, performing FTO analyses, and supporting trademark, copyright, and unfair competition matters.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5–10 years of legal experience in law firm or corporate setting.
• Experience managing patent litigation matters.
• Strong background in IP law including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of patent litigation and IP disputes, including strategy and enforcement.
• Provide strategic IP guidance to product, engineering, and business teams.
• Manage outside counsel, budgets, and timeliness of responses.
• Support contract processes and cross-functional legal advisory as needed.
