Responsibilities include drafting policies, leading investigations, managing outside counsel, and supporting governance and enterprise risk management.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active U.S. state bar.
• 6–10 years of legal experience in corporate or firm settings.
• Experience with compliance programs, contract negotiation, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee compliance programs and ethics initiatives.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Advise on governance, risk, and regulatory developments.
• Manage outside counsel and supervise investigations as needed.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align legal strategy with business goals.
