• Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across jurisdictions and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements.
• Advise on cross-border transactions across the Americas.
• Provide practical legal guidance to support business objectives while minimizing risk.
• Counsel stakeholders on applicable laws and compliance programs.
• Manage outside counsel and coordinate investigations and disputes.
• Partner with leadership to support strategic business goals.
