Nuna, a global premium baby gear brand, seeks a Corporate Counsel of Litigation and Legal Affairs to lead IP disputes, patent litigation, and related strategic matters. You will partner with product, engineering, and executive teams to protect intellectual property while balancing business objectives.

Qualifications

• J.D. required from an accredited law school.
• Active U.S. state bar in good standing.
• 5–10 years of legal experience in law firm or corporate setting.
• Experience managing patent litigation matters.
• Experience in IP law including patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets.

Responsabilités

• Lead IP litigation management with outside counsel and enforcement strategies.
• Provide risk-based recommendations to executive leadership.
• Coordinate discovery, holds, and investigations across global operations.
• Guide portfolio strategy and enforcement opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Support contractual matters and dispute-related risk management.
