Claroty seeks a Corporate Counsel to guide global commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance in a fast‑growing AI‑driven cybersecurity firm. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Ops to manage risk and enable strategic growth.

You’ll shape legal strategy for AI adoption, M&A activity, and customer engagements while supporting international teams and government contracting considerations.

Qualificações

• In‑House tech experience with 5+ years in a high‑growth tech environment.
• Experience handling SaaS, software, and global commercial tech transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate and close complex global commercial transactions.
• Structure and negotiate strategic alliances, channel, reseller, MSP, and technology partnerships.
• Support federal and public sector contracting terms including FAR/DFARS flow‑downs.
• Lead M&A due diligence, deal documentation, closing, and post‑merger integration.
• Manage international entity formation, governance, and trademark portfolio.
• Advise on AI transformation and business‑driven risk mitigation across functions.
