Job summary

CHG Healthcare is seeking a Senior Accountant to join the corporate accounting team. You will own close activities, prepare entries, reconciliations, and analyses, and support the annual audit. You will mentor junior staff and drive process improvements across the function.

Requirements include a bachelor’s in accounting, 5+ years of experience, strong Excel and GAAP knowledge, and preferably an active CPA license. Public accounting background is a plus; flexible work options are available.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and data analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close duties with journal entries.
• Prepare reconciliations and flux analyses; review junior staff work.
• Lead intercompany accounting and consolidations support.
• Assist in annual financial statement audit and footnotes.
• Develop process improvements and AI-enabled solutions.
