Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Finance Director to serve as Corporate Controller for a leading construction firm in Louisville. You will drive financial strategy, oversee budgeting/forecasting, manage cash flow, and ensure robust reporting across multiple entities to support growth.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in senior financial management, a CPA/CMA/CFA or MSc, experience with Acumatica, and advanced Excel skills. Relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
10+ years in a senior financial management role; construction industry preferred.
Acumatica experience is a plus.
Strong financial and business acumen with strategic mindset.
Experience in financial reporting across multiple entities.
Excellent communication with non-financial stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

Oversee financial strategy and operations including budgeting, forecasting and risk management.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data, records and reporting systems.
Manage cash flow and liquidity; implement cash management initiatives.
Oversee WIP accounting and reporting for efficiency and accuracy.
Conduct internal audits across subsidiaries.
Develop and implement financial policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
Provide financial analysis to senior management to guide decisions.
