Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting required; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in a senior financial management role, construction preferred.
• Experience with multi-entity financial reporting and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and strategic decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
• Ensure data accuracy, records integrity, and reporting across entities.
• Manage cash flow, liquidity, and WIP accounting/reporting.
• Conduct internal audits across subsidiaries and implement policies.
• Provide financial analysis to senior management to guide decisions.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and best practices in finance.
