Jobot is seeking a Construction Controller to help build their accounting department and oversee the full accounting function for high-end construction projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in construction accounting, be proficient in QuickBooks and preferably Procore, and demonstrate strong leadership and communication to grow a skilled team.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction accounting, ideally with a general contractor.
• Proven experience as a Controller.
• QuickBooks experience a must.
• Procore experience nice to have.
• Management experience nice to have.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities and a team-oriented mindset.
