Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Corporate Compliance and Ethics Program Leader to design, manage, and mature our corporate compliance and ethics program across a multi-state footprint. This role reports to the Head of Legal and partners with senior leaders in a fast-growth environment.

You will develop policies, training, monitoring, and audits; oversee the ethics program, hotline, and investigations; and provide broader compliance support within a small legal team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; compliance certifications preferred (e.g., CCEP, CHC)
• 8+ years of experience in corporate compliance, regulatory compliance, ethics and integrity administration
• Experience developing and maintaining compliance policies, training, reporting, monitoring, auditing frameworks
• Knowledge of ethics program administration, hotline management, investigations support, reporting
• Experience supporting a multi-state operational footprint, ideally in infrastructure or telecommunications
• Familiarity with FCC regulations, state utility commission requirements, OSHA, ESG obligations, and environmental compliance

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain the company's compliance program including policy development, training, monitoring, audits
• Own and manage the ethics and integrity program, code of conduct, reporting mechanisms, training, hotline administration
• Develop and deliver training programs; track completion and maintain records
• Conduct third-party compliance diligence and investigations as needed
• Provide broad-based legal and operational support in a small, collaborative team
