Job summary

Forged Fiber 37 seeks a Corporate Compliance and Ethics Manager to design, implement, and mature its compliance program across multiple states. The role reports to the Head of Legal and Compliance and partners with senior leaders in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will lead policy development, training, monitoring, and audits, while supporting related legal and operational matters within a lean legal team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in corporate compliance or regulatory compliance.
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing compliance programs.
• Knowledge of ethics program administration, hotline management, and investigations support.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of the company’s compliance program.
• Oversee ethics program administration including the code of business conduct and reporting mechanisms.
• Develop and deliver compliance training programs across the organization.
• Conduct third-party compliance diligence and support investigations as needed.
• Provide broad-based legal and operational support within a small, collaborative team.
