Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks a senior Compliance leader to develop, implement, and communicate the Global compliance program within the assigned division. You will monitor compliance with state and federal laws, collaborate with legal and regulatory teams, and lead initiatives to embed a strong compliance culture across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Applies knowledge of compliance and a developed understanding of the business to function as a member of the division's management team, mitigating risks that impede goals.
• Acts as a subject matter expert for the global compliance function within assigned divisions.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (e.g., Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA) and ensures policies align with regulatory requirements.
• Leads compliance activities, updates policies, and trains employees to maintain corporate compliance standards.
• Collaborates with law, regulatory, and government affairs to implement compliant processes and monitoring systems.
