Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business required; MBA preferred.
• Experience in corporate relationships, credit analysis and financial statements.
• Proficient in Excel and financial modeling; bilingual English/Spanish desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationship marketing plans with supervisor and markets bank products to existing clients and prospects.
• Prepares credit memos and analyzes credit risks with credit officers.
• Monitors collateral and borrowing base to ensure value and compliance with policies.
• Manages accounts to optimize borrowing relationships within risk parameters.
• Supports closing processes and ensures documentation aligns with bank policies.
