Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum five years in a similar relationship management role.
• Strong marketing and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and financial models.
• English and Spanish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationship marketing plans with supervisor and markets bank products to clients.
• Makes client presentations and analyzes/structures credit requests.
• Prepares credit memoranda with credit analyst support.
• Monitors collateral and borrowing base to ensure value and compliance.
• Manages accounts to stay within risk parameters and targets.
• Raises early flags on problematic loans with management.
• Handles closing processes with closing officers.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Performs credit administration tasks including site visits and covenant reviews.
• Delivers high level customer service to minimize attrition.
