Job summary

FirstBank is seeking a Relationship Officer to attract, retain, and serve commercial credit customers with credit needs up to $15 million. You will expand client relationships through deposits, cash management, and merchant services, while managing a credit portfolio and coordinating with credit teams.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required. You will develop plans to reach sales goals, prospect new business, and cross-sell a range of banking products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
• Two years of professional sales or business development experience.
• Ability to review financial statements and bank statements.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and banking/digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and business development plans.
• Prospect for new commercial customers through outreach and referrals.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet client needs.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and meet targets.
• Review financial statements and bank statements to assess clients.
• Coordinate with credit, closing, and loan review teams.
• Communicate in Spanish and English.
