Job summary

U.S. Bank in Minneapolis seeks an experienced Relationship Manager for the Institutional Client Group in the Consumer and Retail division.

You will manage a large, complex loan portfolio, originate new business, retain existing clients, and cross-sell bank products to drive loan growth and fee income. Ideal candidates have 10+ years of banking experience, strong client relationships, and deep knowledge of the loan market and treasury products.

Qualifications

• Subject matter expertise and experience with consumer/retail clients.
• Proven sales management and business development results.
• Experience managing mid to large corporate portfolios.
• Strong relationships with internal stakeholders and credibility.
• Knowledge of bank loan market, pricing, and underwriting.
• Experience with treasury management, corporate card/payables and related products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical, decisive, and problem-solving abilities.
