Job summary

Sabadell is seeking a Core Banking Support Specialist in Miami, FL to join a dynamic team focused on BSA/AML monitoring and core banking support. The role requires extensive experience in investigations within financial services, IT systems support in regulated banks, and Temenos T24 expertise.

The position supports the Bank's transaction monitoring and core modules, with collaboration across internal teams and vendor partners.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of investigative or related experience with emphasis on BSA/AML and/or fraud prevention in a financial institution, regulatory, or law enforcement setting.
Minimum of 5–10 years of progressive IT systems support experience within a bank or regulated financial institution.
Direct experience with Temenos T24 core banking platform administration, configuration, or environment support.

Responsibilities

Resolve escalated tickets from frontline staff, managers, and back-office operators related to transaction issues, system freezes, and account discrepancies.
Log, track, and manage support tickets with core banking vendors and third-party IT providers.
Own the lifecycle of internal user incidents; document and communicate progress to affected staff until resolution.
Develop and manage UAT scripts with internal department heads for new features.
Conduct technical walkthroughs for internal teams on new core modules; create and update documentation and troubleshooting guides.
