Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of core retail and corporate banking products (deposits, lending).
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated tickets from front-line staff regarding transaction failures and discrepancies.
• Log, track, and manage tickets with core banking vendors and IT providers.
• Own the lifecycle of internal user incidents and keep staff informed until resolution.
• Develop and manage UAT scripts with department heads for new features.
• Create technical walkthroughs and maintain internal wiki documentation.

Banco Sabadell is seeking a BSA AML Transaction Monitoring Team Lead candidate to join a dynamic team within one of the fastest growing banks in Florida.

Essential Duties and Responsibilitie s

• Resolve escalated tickets from front-line bank personnel, branch managers, and back-office operators regarding transaction failures, system freezes, and account discrepancies.


• Log, track, and manage technical support tickets directly with core banking vendors and third-party IT providers.


• Own the lifecycle of internal user incidents. Track, document, and communicate progress directly to affected staff until resolution.


• Develop and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts alongside internal department heads for new features


• Conduct technical walkthroughs for internal teams on new core modules. Create and update step-by-step documentation, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides for the bank's internal wiki.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of investigative or related experience with specific emphasis on BSA/AML and/or fraud prevention at a financial institution, regulatory or law enforcement agency with prior experience in the preparation and filing of Suspicious Activity Reports.


• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive IT systems support experience strictly within a bank, credit union, or regulated financial institution.


• Temenos T24 Expertise: Direct, hands-on administration, configuration, or environment support experience with the Temenos T24 core banking platform.


• Financial Product Knowledge: Strong foundational understanding of core retail and corporate banking products, including:

  • Retail and Commercial Lending / Credit operations.
  
  


• Must be fully fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish. The role requires regular communication with diverse internal teams and potentially international vendor support units
