• Platform Operations & Production Support: provide L2/L3 support, investigate incidents, manage changes, monitor stability, maintain runbooks
• Banking Platform Engineering: support account management, banking products, payments, settlement services
• Payments & Settlement Services: assist payment processing, settlements, regulatory requirements
• Technical Engineering & Troubleshooting: SQL-based investigations, logs, Linux apps, REST/SOAP, automation initiatives
• Continuous Improvement: enhance monitoring, alerts, and operational controls
