Deckers Brands is seeking a Lead Copywriter for HOKA who will transform product innovation and athlete stories into compelling campaigns across channels. You'll shape narratives that connect runners, hikers and movers with the brand's voice.

The role requires a strong portfolio, 9+ years in advertising or in-house creative, and a passion for performance footwear. This remote West Coast role offers collaboration with global teams and opportunities to influence brand storytelling.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 9+ years in an advertising agency or in-house creative environment.
• Strong portfolio across retail brands and multiple mediums.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and creative leaders to concept and define the narrative and copy direction for HOKA campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Craft bold concepts and storytelling that spark emotion, capture attention, and drive measurable impact.
• Translate strategy and briefs into engaging copy concepts, narratives, and messaging for runners, hikers, and movers of all kinds.
• Create stories across digital channels—campaigns, site updates, social media—ensuring every touchpoint reflects HOKA’s voice.
• Develop retailer, experiential narratives and product-focused videos that connect moments of discovery with the brand.
