The role requires a strong portfolio, 9+ years in advertising, and a passion for performance brands. Remote-friendly with West Coast preference. You will influence brand voice and messaging strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 9+ years in an advertising agency or in-house creative environment.
• Genuine passion for performance and lifestyle brands and alignment with a values-driven culture.
• Expertise in both print and digital marketing and advertising.
• Proven strength in crafting persuasive short-form and long-form writing.
• Confident presenter with ability to sell in creative ideas and concepts.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, art directors, and creative leaders to define narrative and copy direction for HOKA campaigns and brand initiatives.
• Brainstorm, craft, and present bold creative concepts and storytelling that spark emotion and drive impact.
• Translate strategy and briefs into engaging copy concepts, narratives, and messaging for runners, hikers, and movers.
• Create and shape stories across digital channels—campaigns, site updates, social media—reflecting HOKA’s voice.
• Craft retail, experiential narratives, and product-focused videos to turn moments of discovery into brand connections.
• Collaborate across teams to elevate athlete and product stories celebrating performance and movement.
