Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical field.
• Significant experience in hardware design or systems architecture for high-performance systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role translating complex concepts to value.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and regions to achieve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical and architectural resource for high-speed enterprise copper interconnects with early customer engagement.
• Communicate Molex advantages by linking performance, manufacturability, scalability and total system value.
• Translate VOC input into product platforms and roadmaps with Product Management and Engineering.
• Identify opportunities by engaging strategic customers and influencing early architecture decisions.
• Maintain broad understanding of enterprise/hyperscale ecosystems to guide decisions.
• Represent Molex as a technical partner at conferences, trade shows and forums.
