Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in hardware design or systems architecture for high-performance systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role translating complex concepts into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical and architectural resource for high-speed enterprise copper interconnect solutions, engaging customers during early architecture definition and development cycles.
• Communicate Molex’s advantages by connecting performance, manufacturability, scalability, and total system value to cloud, hyperscale, and data center applications.
• Turn VOC input into action by partnering with Product Management and Engineering to guide product platforms and technology roadmaps.
• Identify new opportunities by engaging strategic customers and positioning Molex early in customer architecture decisions.
• Maintain understanding of enterprise and hyperscale ecosystems to guide strategic decisions.
• Represent Molex as a technical thought partner at industry conferences and forums.
