Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Significant experience in hardware design and systems architecture for high‑performance systems.
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role translating concepts into customer value.
• Ability to collaborate across product management, engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to customer sites (Silicon Valley, Austin).

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior technical and architectural resource for high-speed enterprise copper interconnects.
• Communicate Molex advantages across copper technologies to cloud, hyperscale, and data center apps.
• Turn VOC input into product platforms and roadmaps with PM and Eng.
• Identify opportunities by engaging strategic customers and early architecture decisions.
• Maintain broad understanding of enterprise and hyperscale ecosystems, roadmaps and trends.
• Represent Molex as a technical thought partner at industry events and forums.
