The role requires strong analytics, communication, and project-management skills, with frequent travel to customer sites and the ability to lead onsite engagements and educational sessions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 5+ years of pathology operations, lab operations, or healthcare consulting experience.
• Experience presenting operational findings to pathology leadership and executives.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as SME for pathology workflows, specimen management, and laboratory operations in molecular testing.
• Conduct onsite and virtual workflow assessments to identify optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement recommendations to improve quality, turnaround times, and efficiency.
