Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing/business development and/or practice management in a law firm (or professional services firm).
• Experience with budgets, financial reporting, and numbers/spreadsheets is preferred.
• Specific experience with transactional or corporate legal practices is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in journalism, English, marketing, management, communications, or other business-oriented field is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with MBD/Practice Management Team and report to senior staff.
• Track practice budgets and generate financial reports.
• Develop customized materials for prospect/client presentations and manage projects to timely completion.
• Oversee external submissions (survey, directory, awards) and draft narratives and nominations.
• Contribute to RFP responses by drafting content and coordinating submissions.
• Coordinate organization memberships, sponsorships, and communication with organizations.
