Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Sr. Cooling Account Manager to lead the cooling business for key OEM/ODM customers across the Americas.

You will define regional sales strategies, manage budgets, and collaborate with Product AMs and PJMs to showcase Delta's total thermal solutions. The role requires 8+ years in sales and program management, fluent English, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence large teams to close complex deals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years in sales and program management.
• Fluent English communication and exceptional negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and influence a large diverse sales team to close complex opportunities.
• Strong Microsoft Office and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop knowledge of market, accounts, competition, and trends to create Thermal Sales Strategy.
• Develop a Key Account Strategy to achieve annual goals and metrics globally.
• Responsible for RFQ for new cooling solutions and cost/price negotiation.
• Manage thermal/cooling project plans including production supply and stock levels.
• Monitor, analyze, and drive sales metrics and results.
• Arrange R&D meetings and host factory visits for customers in Delta Group.
• Ensure customer issues are resolved through timely escalation.
• Foster teamwork with Product AMs and PJMs.
