Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking a Sales Manager for HPAM Products to drive revenue growth and expand market penetration of high-efficiency EC fans and thermal management solutions for data centers, AI infrastructure, HVAC, and precision cooling systems.

You will develop strategic OEM relationships, work with engineering and product management, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve aggressive growth targets across North America.

Qualifications

• Technical solution selling and cross-functional leadership required.
• Experience in data center cooling or HVAC product sales preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office; CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of HPAM EC fan solutions in data center, HVAC, and industrial cooling markets.
• Develop strategic accounts including hyperscale cloud providers, OEMs, and system integrators.
• Identify design-in opportunities for Delta EC fans in data center cooling systems.
• Build long-term relationships with engineering, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
• Develop annual sales plans and multi-year growth strategies for HPAM business.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline visibility.
